1. Local-Only by Default

PromptVault is designed to be local-first. Your prompts, personas, and category structures are stored in your browser's IndexedDB. We do not track what you write, how you organize your library, or your specific prompt content.

2. Data Processing

If you enable AI features, your prompts are sent to the AI providers you specify via secure API calls. We do not middle-man this data for the purpose of training or tracking.

3. Analytics

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site performance and feature usage at a high level. This does not include your private data or prompt content.

4. Your Control

You can export or delete your entire vault at any time from the settings menu. Since we don't hold your data, you are the ultimate authority over it.
